"Can the sack be used solo?" - Yes, just use plenty of silicone lube to allow some arm movement.
"How do I vacuum pack?" - Vacuum packing is achieved using a lubricated air line hose. Full instructions are included.
"What is the difference between 0.25mm and 0.40mm?" - 0.25mm offers a more comfortable bondage, the thinner latex does require more care. 0.40mm is less likely to puncture, but also less comfortable and more restrictive.
